Tugboat  Sausages *

                        3 or 4-9 inch smoked sausages (Your choice)
                        1 Spanish onion
                        4 medium mushrooms
                        1 cup of graded mozzarella cheese

                 Boil sausages for 3 min. in boiling hot water
                 when done dig out ½ inch of the full length of the sausages
                 Dice up the onion , mushrooms & excess meat from sausages 
                 very fine place in dugout sausages and cover with mozzarella
                 cheese. Place sausages on grill and cook to desired
