Pork Chop & Rice Casserole * 1 1/2 cups rice -- uncooked 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup 21 1/2 ounces water 1 package onion soup mix -- dry 8 pork chops -- * see note Mix all ingredients together in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay pork chops on top. Bake, covered, for 30-40 minutes at 350 F. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. NOTES : *May substitute chicken pieces for the pork chops.
