What I bring is a sandwich of Autum Grain bread with tuna packed in water, mixed with some onion, green pepper, and occasionally a hard boiled egg. I use non-fat salad dressing on the sandwich. This accounts for both the carbohydrates and meat).I also bring one half banana or 10 green grapes. This accounts for the fruit. I bring an 8 oz jar of skim milk for the protein (I am a diabetic). You could change the drinks to other types.
