BBQ`D Veggies* Folks this is a must wether you have a gas bbq or just an open campfire. 3 large red onions peeled and sliced into inch wide slices 5 med or large potatoes cut into homefries 10 cubes garlic whole or halves 2 tbsp of butter ,salt and pepper to taste and if you like to kick it up a notch add some cyanne pepper wrap it in 2 sheets of tinfoil or 3 if open fire let it cook for about 40 to 50 minutes or until desired open fire about 25-30 This will feed 3-4 people, great with fresh caught fish of anykind. place on top rack in the BBQ and cook on med to high heat on open fire if you use a grate then place it there if not just put into fire
